The AR15 FIRE CONTROL GRIP is specifically designed to address SNAG ND incidents. SNAG ND often occurs during rifle transportation or movement, such as when troops are constructing fortifications or when patrol officers are chasing suspects with a rifle slung over their shoulder. In such cases, the safety may be disengaged, and the trigger might be accidentally activated by snagging on equipment, leading to an unintentional discharge.
The FCG's unique mechanism acts as an additional safety measure within the AR15 fire control system, ensuring that the shooter must intentionally engage the trigger to fire. This carefully calculated mechanism and ergonomic design do not alter the user's operational habits, making it suitable for military and law enforcement personnel who need to carry rifles for extended periods, as well as 3-gun match shooters who must adhere to strict safety regulations.
This product is compatible with mil-spec AR15 triggers and Geissele competition triggers.
Our product includes an FCG grip body and a trigger guard, both of which must be installed for proper operation. The octagonal cross-section of the FCG follows the same ergonomic logic as the Glock grip panel FC1, maximizing the contact area between the user and the firearm to enhance rifle handling.
When installing, please use LOCKTITE threadlocker to ensure the trigger guard and grip are securely installed.
